Broadway Rising is an on-site, after-school musical theatre education program that brings high-quality performing arts training directly into schools.
Students receive weekly instruction in acting, singing, dance, ensemble work, and music literacy, while developing confidence, creativity, emotional expression, discipline, and artistic identity.
The program is offered as an ongoing after-school experience throughout the school year, delivered in 12-week sessions (Fall, Winter, Spring). Families enroll monthly, and students may continue across multiple sessions as their skills grow and deepen.
Each 12-week session culminates in a live showcase for families and the school community.
All Broadway Rising programs are guided by The Kandia Method™, a holistic, process-based arts education framework designed to develop confident, creative, and emotionally grounded artists.
process over performance
confidence before talent
access before excellence
the artist as a whole person
Students develop strong artistic foundations and technique alongside collaboration, emotional expression, discipline, and self-confidence. Final performances celebrate growth, learning, and collective achievement, not perfection.
